i think a lot of folks may assume that they already listen just fin or that there's no need to learn or study or be trained in listening. Listening is not the same thing as hearing, it is what we do with what the ears can hear. And like any other skill set, like when you learnd to write a bike, or when you learn to use ixcell it is a skill set to be learned, to be improved. A managerial level employ is spending upwards of 63% of her time list 63 % of her communication time listening. So i think that misconception that we all know how to do it is us.
