How to Hire a Customer Success Role

In the companies you see, what do you think is a good way to hire around that? Do you focus more on commission? Like how do salaries look and that sort of thing? So it depends. I've seen two scenarios. The one we did at drip was at all the leads were inbound warm. And so for that, we had customer success plus sales as one role. Also, we were cash drop, we were bootstraps. You can't do you can't scale a sales team motivated by commission on a $50 a month product or $100 because the numbers don't work.
