i love this visual tool, so i can see it behind you. This is a three dimensional image of a big, bright ball in the middle representing self. The two protector rings on the inside, and then an exile ring on the outside. So it becomes like a saturns self. Like the three rings perse which saturn represents the compassion ateself. It such a visual tull that can create that sense of, yes, i can be assionate towards myself, always existing compassionate still.
