The Miracle Man

Dr. Lipoff had surgery on his head two years ago, but it didn't work for him. His friend convinced him to go back in the next day and he got better results. The doctor's wife was so impressed with her husband she called him a "miracle man" Dr. Lipoff has since become an advocate for victims of sexual assault who can no longer see their loved ones at home.
