Sleep and Education

Sleep has an image problem, that we stigmatize getting sufficient sleep with this label of laziness. People become proud to tell you how little sleep they get. I think part of it is because we don't have an educational system that is either aware of sleep or teaching sleep. And me, if there's one piece of recommendation, advice i would give to parents for their children, it would be having a bedroom.
