Growth and healing for me happened very relation in actually in relationship, platonic or not. So I would say beginning with that. And if that feels blocked because we're social creatures who also really struggle with socializing, like there's a whole thing there. Then a place to begin could be just sitting or lying and working with images of what it would be like to move through the world with more yinness.
