Wisdom Discrimination
There are two types of judgment: wise discrimination and not discriminating. Wise discrimination is when you don't judge yourself or someone else, but rather your own experience. With non-discriminatory judgement, we tend to blame ourselves for things in our lives that aren't as bad as we think they are. This can be aimed at another person; it could also be aimed towards yourself. It takes some moments to let yourself really get that in mindso that you can feel the charge,. what it is that makes you feel that something's wrong.
