Teaching Regional Anesthesia

There's lots of components to teaching regional anesthesia, but why do you think it's so tricky? In the UK we'll have small limited exposures. And if they don't have a structured program, they won't necessarily have been told to do the pre-procedural reading. They show up to the list, maybe not as exposed as they should be. If they take too long to do the block, we tend to be quick to take over.
