Who in the World of Customer Insights Would You Love to Have Lunch With?

Christoph: Who in the world of customer insights would you love to have lunch with? The person unfortunately doesn't live anymore. So it's the late Steve Jobs, we don't associate him with insights at all. He might not have been the best example of a leader and manager. But that's not the reason why I would like to talk to him. It's much more about empathetic skills he owned.
