There is a lot of misconception out there still that vegans are not getting any micronutrients and they have to be very careful. You can definitely, you can definitely hit most of your micronutrient with a plant-based diet without having to supplement them. There's a few key though that you really want to pay attention to. So first one, I think this easiest one, B12? We just don't get it from fortified foods, go to root food instead. And the thing is unfortunately, lots of people miss out on things like B12 because we just don't able to take it in our natural form. The next step for us will be some blood tests
