How Can We Stop Being Harsh on Ourself?

For me, the starting point is recognizing and being aware on what you've actually done. If you're always focusing on where you want to get to you're not going to be in the present. So it's just all about recognizing that actually you don't know what's going on in that person's life. At the end of the day it's relevant because even if that person's amazing and having the time of their life, they're great, good for them. And this goes back to what we spoke about before of tracking and monitoring your journey.
