Front line managers have to be the proxy of leadership, especially n a large company like oracle. Teaching someone to be vulnerable is teaching somebody to make human connection with their team and actually ask how they're doing. Can inspired leadership be trained? I think you can mature thats something that you haven't really exercised before but that needs to be there. And so those, those things are a need to be invested in.
