To day i talked with rick about a study that he was actually the first author on, titled learning to learn from positive experiences. We started by giving some background on what he was studying, which was essentially how we can make learning tick. And everyn from physiological factors like how much sleep a person gets, can influence learning. So too can things like the environment that somebody is learning in. and then there are mental factors, like whether or not somebody has a growth mind sad or their unique temperament or personality. These are all really important, but often hard for us to control, those big picture things right?
