David Perry: I was listening to your Kobe podcast this morning that you just released and he was talking about his practice, his like historical practice as leverage. He would identify his weaknesses and then keep working until his weaknesses are now strength and then study the grades That biography could have been 250 pages because it's just the same four things over and over again. Find something you're completely obsessed about to have a singular focus,. Have one metric his metric was how many rings. Do I win. And if I can get to four, five, six or seven then I'll have a seat at the table for the time greats which is what he want to do.
