There's a clinical trial that was done when they was just taken post work out and before bed. After 15 days of cycling multiple hours a day, the quaitone group was able to perform 15 % faster in the time trial. The worst that can happen is you fall asleep because youon' excess energy, and then you crash. But doing something like that during a performance can lower your blood sugar. It can really, it can mess you up.
