How I Prepared to Step Into the Role of Manager

Maddie just kind of fell into her role as a manager. How did you prepare? Tania: I think my preparation being a manager was kind of twofold. When I let my managers know that this is what I was interested in, they started giving me small things to deal with. And secondly, because I wanted to be a manager, I also wanted to get my technical base to be really strong.
