Is Shaming a Harsh Practice?

How can internal ed and mature shame be developed if we refuse to engage in the former? i agreev that wilful shaming, especially of children, is a horrible practice. Shami and humiliation are almost always bad for reasons such as, no human being is worth being. It's just learning about the moral and social universe.
