Does Running Cause Osteothritus?

Running does not appear to cause auste athoratus, at least from a recreational standpoint. The rates of development of asteathoratus are about four times less than if youare sedentary or not active. In clinical experience, most people can run three times a week no problems. Many people get away running four or five times a week ithbout too many issues. There's very few people out there who can run six, seven times a day unless they've adapted to that over long period of time.
