The Benefits of Higher Repetition Range for Dips

Dips tend to go a bit higher repetition range than the pull-ups. It tends to be because of the inherent safety possibly of the exercise. We feel more comfortable in regular training using a slightly higher rep range and lower intensity for dips with any cast-nax exercise. There's this idea of dead stop versus non-stop technique can you just explain what this is and what you prefer using yeah sure so that stop technique it's between the repetitions just stopping the movement completely.
