What Is Mindfulness?
A lot of our lived experience on a dayt day is worrying about shust as has already happened, or worrying about stuff that hasn't happened yet. And for me, what i do is i try and live as much as possible in the present moment. That's the only reality that i can be certain of. It's what's happening right now in the her in now.
