How to Overcome Proprioception in the Gym

I like to pretend that my weights are zone two cardio. Well, I love that because the, particularly coming back to the weights for a minute, there is sort of an upper limit. Like whenever you're thinking about progressive overload or progressing in the gym, let's say, you can't continually add weights to infinity. And while I very much enjoy it, I would also be very interested in finding an upgrade labs if there is one in Toronto, Canada. We're opening dozens of them across the US and Canada.
