Tracy: I feel like once I'm done with that activity I'm a better version of myself or I'm in a better place mentally spiritually, emotionally, physically whatever it may be. addiction is an unhealthy coping mechanism and we have to replace that with healthy coping mechanisms so sometimes I see people you know not understand that when I pull away from that addiction they're still trying to meet their needs but now how do I meet those in a healthy way? So if I can let go of that self-care selfishness and realize that it's also going to benefit my life and the people around me and my children by doing thatI just think that's such a key that we don't always
