i see this starting at a family place whereere familiesand it doesn't have to be 20 minutes twice a day. I love, you knowt the family unit. Om those who were close with a tat tat, that should be kind of the go to and i really love that we're both performance psychologist and health psychology too. It's just so interesting the amount of calming effect that e'll have. Ind almost every single time he does this, and this might just be my my own kids, i'll brag im an ill bit.
