I think what we found success was, you know, understanding first of all that not everybody's going to make it. You know, I think people naturally are interested in trying sales for a variety of reasons and there are some people that stick and some people that don't. We hired people not with the kind of assumption that they would move into sales, but more giving them the idea that this is the way to try out sales. And beyond that, it wasn't just about doing the job, it was about kind of building your skillset.
