Activating the Sympathetic Nervous System

In my model, i've got three components o the first is mindfulness, which is willingness to turn toward and be ware of pain. The other two are kindness that we've talked about, that's the warmth. And then, last but not least, other people a sense of connectedness. I think a good model for this would be baking a loaf of bread - you need one part mindfulness, one part kindness, one part coming up with your goods...then you can bake them all.
