How to Overcome Weaknesses as a Coach
By embracing my weaknesses as a coach, it allowed me to work on them and they became strengths. By acknowledging that my inflexibility as a coach was causing a problem gave me the freedom to work on my flexibility. With that came creativity and with that came adjustments I needed to make in the environment we were in which was a very cold winter. So embrace your weaknesses should be a fundamental part of your training. It should be a daily part of your regimen in life. Every day you have weaknesses you can work on. Your weaknesses are the easiest things to improve. As a coach or as a player, you can decide whether you're the players here or the coach.
