The First Officer Turned Off the Autopilot

When they were an autopilot, it was landing. Right. It was compensating. And then as soon as he turned it off autopilot, that's where everything went wrong. The report does say here, the tailwind component may have aggravated it too. This makes it way more difficult. Even if only one engine's there, it's possible for the plane to do it. Their landing a go around should be possible in this scenario. I didn't even get into that. Failure to utilize available restraint provisions in the cockpit resulted in fatal injury. That's why the first officer survived. He had a shoulder harness on and the captain received fatal injuries during the crash. Huh.
