Andi: I think we could spend lots of time on just this area of try everything with respect to creating change. Shellle: If i'm not in the habit of using those tools, and if i can't develop those habits, then those tools are essentially worthless. And that could be a spouse friendships, work lationships, colleague relationships, right? Y boy, weud i think we could spending lots of time here talking about how you use your mind as well as your body for positive change.
