In the book, you explain that high touch interaction is becoming the new differentiation for marketers. We believe that we live in basically big cities. Big cities are very different than living in small towns or villages. There's a hunger for real intimacy and experience. And so we have been advising companies to make more of a delivery of an experience as part of what they're doing. In the retailer retail shop, you actually go fishing. I mean, that's simulating, that's more than simulating the experience.
