I like to work at zoom out level, which is this high level. And then I work really zoom in at the very lowest level with an individual. Sam Walton would call this style of management over the shoulder management. If you find a problem, you're not going to dig in. You'll go to whoever is in charge and just get them. But all the answers are people issues, you know, people psychology. These are people systems that we're in.
