How would you approach any sort of blockage into sort of feneral forward momentum? i think i have to emphasize certain bits that have already been discussed. separating change from ons of people's proficiencyi is a big thing. I find the teachers are much more willing to try something if you say, that's what we're doing. We canot adapt it as we see fit. If you sail off the bat, this is what we'm doing now. Get on board, it's set in stone, then people are more reluctant to change things.
