How Long Have You Been Off of Training?
trane: Any amount of missed training time is going to constitute a little bit of d training. And that's going to be proportional too, how long that you've been not training. A lot of people think they can just jump right back in after a lay off and have some problems. So kind of the the base level recommendation i have is for the amount of time that you've taken off, the amount of sessions or cycles that you've missed, you're going to go back that amount.
