The Benefits of Off Season Training
I think CrossFit has given people a different approach to their fitness if they can have a little bit of a competition aspect to it. And then unlike the formalized sports side of things like like any ball sports or team sports, I think it's helped kind of shape how or kind of not shape what kind of structure how off season training has been more than anything else. The biggest benefit is that everyone has seen like every single player can really improve past their 20s and 30s.
