As a teenager, you know, is like depressed, lethargic because I was eating with them. My family was constantly dieting. And my sister had started exercising and she had so funny workout videos. She would get on these trends of doing them for like a month and then go totally off for a long time before they'd work again. You're told this self-imposed stop basically that like, hey, it's coming for you, just wait. The idea of we have bad genetics is because it was crash dieting.
