How Did You Learn to Talk to People That Are Over 40 Years Old?

Grew up with older parents, and so for me to hang out wit my dad, who was my idol, i had to act like an adult. Those experiences really trying to just talk to people that were way older than really gave me the platform for how i approach my conversations to day people i know, and in prospects as well. This is dein alearned behaviour. It's not trained a you learn it over the course of time. But i think those those intangible things that you have about yourself whether you are social or outgoing, i think that certainly helps.
