The Power Discrimination in Relationships

Gatya: Carisma is power plus warmth. I could use that power to make your life worse in this moment, but i also have warmth, and i'm not going to. And soiit it brings to light an important part of that dynamic. It's the power discrepancy. Gatya: You feel that in relationships where people have power over you because you were anticipating the negative outcome of them being angry or disappointed with you. But freedom of speech, self expression, authenticity, all that, it's hard. What advice do you have about that?
