Triage is the first line of defence, a sort o similar to triage and hospital mage. The goal then is that the triage individual keeps tabs on both fronts. If anything is still pending or still in escallation, they're aware of that. And an end of a week, it's a summary of the themes. Here are the recommendations i'm going to make as a result of that.
