The only time I would ever tell someone to not progress is if they don't want to progress in their running. Rarely does a runner want to do that. So progressions the key. Yeah, I couldn't agree more. And so your squats need to get heavier, your lunges need toget heavier, your calf raises, all that sort of stuff. It sort of just needs to meet the demands that you supply. You know what, let's just hit that maintenance phase. But rarely does that happen.
