Dopamine Is a Non-Infinite Yet Renewable Resource
Dopamine is a neurotransmitter made by the brain it plays a role as a reward center and in many functions includes memory movement motivation mood attention. More high or low dopamine levels are associated with disease including Parkinson's disease restless leg syndrome and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder ADHD. So I guess the question that I have is should we not try to spike our dopamine levels as frequently stand by because it seems like in today's society we're constantly getting shots of dopamine, maybe our dopamine levels are are higher too frequent during the day.
