The Importance of Sleep for Anxiety

I've been just waking up with that like bad anxiety feeling and I hate that, so I feel like I'm having to work a little harder to get back to zero. When you're really tired from doing a lot of things or you're not there is we all have lots right and life is a lot being human is hard. It's sometimes just comforting to be like okay it's okay for you to be feeling this way but there is an explanation and sometimes there's not they know that very well.
