What Is Microdosing?
A micro dose is simply a little, teeny dose of something ight. Albert hoffman, who invented elesd, said that microdosing was the area of a kind of most neglected research. Is it a it does a far better job of the whole class of drugs, which we're now calling cognitive enhancers?

Cautioning that psychedelics are not for everyone, he dispels the myths and misperceptions about psychedelics, which are commonly circulated in textbooks.
