When to hire a sales person really kind of depends on your revenue and what you can sustain. A solo printer, they actually first should hire an adman who can help with some of the sales infe structure pieces. And when there's enough work on the pipe, that will both incoming leads to support that person - then it's time to bring in two people. I'm a big san of not paying my commission, because i believe there should be value in what they do,. Theyre doing something for the best for the person.
