I think most of us should be able to find at least four days a week to work out, right? So the way I would structure a training would be today specifically for zone two. And then maybe a fourth day where you can do like the club ride with your buddies and just call out. But that's the way we structure in a general way. That's how we do it. The equipment is also a big deal. You grab a bike, 20 year old bike and try to beat your PR. There's no way you're going to be too little behind. It's all about the equipment."
