The Definition of Fake Toughness in the Book
Toughness is the ability to be in distressing and uncomfortable situations and act an allignment with your cor values. So before we move to what you call real toughness, which is that, let's discuss fake toughness - maybe like fleeing the room or punching em in the face. Give me a definition of fake toughness and maybe star it, like an extreme charicter cariccature of fake toughness. And then talk in a little bit more nuance about well meaning coaches, well meaning teachers, well meaning managers that are still leading with the wrong model.
