Having a framework in which you can orient the entire company against has been, has been very valuable for us. You have to somehow be flexible to the environment and the challenges that you face. As a founder, you're very much like a you're not boxing. It's not force on force. It's jugytsum. The market, the vises, the early employees, the managers, they're going to perform. Soe end of jus ging to flop around rather than being very explicit about it. And how do you find that balance? That's another pot, pot podcast. But ta, that's one thing that comes of f my mind.
