How Can I Make an Emotion Go Away?

I remember when i started learning about health for my own personal journey, just over ten years ago now. I remember thinking the exact same thing, why has nobody told me this before? So many of the foundational parts of both our mental and our physical health actually really quite simple. And that's what i wanted to fill it with is a lot of people sort of would come along to therapy, for example, and they'd have an emotion that they wanted to get rid of. Be able to welcome all emotion and to allow it to be there, because it's a part of normal huan experience.
