Women Rule the World, Whe Is in the World?

I believe that if women were ruling our planet, we wouldn't have hunger how like mothers understand what it's like to have a child cry because they're hungry? I'm not saying men just need to roll over and not be leaders any more. What i'm saying is that we need to start having conversations that open up the hearts of men. It's important to do the work for femine, but until men are doing the work that support women, how's the glass ceiling going to be broken?
