I always am trying to draw just the basic themes to like just basic life themes and then you put that in the training yeah it's always good when you can do that. I have particularly found it apparent now that I don't have any kind of motivational goals to compete in anything so it's like seasonality is going to be my my choice of doing things. You know dunking for the next three or four months whilst the weather starts to get nice and then I'll flick that and change what I'm going to do maybe into the winter. We need to balance this hyper specialization with broad capability to pick up loads of things but I think we also leave behind the the mental aspect as well
