How Much of Your Running Is Easy?

I think it's worth kind of going back to what you were talking about with pace as well, because obviously with the long run you're going to be running them a little bit slower than you are with the midweek runs. And I haven't really figured out what my marathon pace is or my heart, well, no, I do know what my half marathon pace is, because that's easy. But what she was talking about was kind of was figuring out your easy run pace and like 70 or 80% apparently of your running should be easy pace. So that's kind of conversation.
