The idea is that if I have something so close and so low effort as just doing a couple pull-ups, then I'm gonna be doing it a lot throughout the day. The method you're doing is one that I really like a lot. We actually, it's more like chin-ups, right? Your hands are facing you, your palms face you, other than away. But I like the approach and it worked really well for me.
